What is the process for utilizing Rizemail?

Simply transmit or forward an email to summ@rizemail.app. You will receive an automated response that includes a concise summary of the email you sent. It is as straightforward as that. Currently, each email account is capable of summarizing up to 100 emails per month. The communications are limited to 16,000 OpenAI tokens, which is equivalent to approximately 12,000 English words (other languages have a lower limit). We are currently in the process of enhancing these restrictions.

Where do my emails go?

We utilize your email solely for the purpose of summarizing it; nothing else. We utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to receive your communications. We reduce it to its essential body and submit it to OpenAI&'s GPT3.5 Turbo for summarization. This is followed by AWS returning the summary and erasing all traces of it. We do maintain a record of the number of summaries that have been requested from your email address by encrypting it and preserving the hash. This ensures that the identity of your email is not visible to anyone. Every month, this collection of hashed emails is eliminated.
